Hey guys, check out this clip from "Frozen," a Disney film supposedly set in Norway. Elsa is singing "Let it Go," and it looks like she could be climbing Devil's Thumb. She's pretty risky, making her solo ascent with no gear (not even crampons). Like Blum, it seems Elsa is climbing in the name of women empowerment. I am really impressed by her mountaineering skills, and I wanted to share this with you all because I think we can draw many comparisons between Elsa and some of the other mountaineers we have read thus far this semester.
